Security Awareness training platform AwareGO raises $1.6m
Security awareness training platform AwareGO has raised a $(200m ISK) 1.6m funding round, from investors including Eyrir Invest, which first invested in the company in June 2018. Viðskiptablaðið reports. Kvika banki’s corporate banking arm assisted with the funding. The company has raised a total of $3m over the last 15 months.
“The security awareness market is growing rapidly all over the world, due to the fact that it’s the people that are the weakest link in cyber security,” Ragnar Sigurðsson founder and CEO of AwareGO commented.
AwareGO helps companies train their staff and raise awareness for cyber security risks, through a series of courses and training material delivered through their learning management system (LMS)
