Sling was sold to Toast for $60.6M
This summer we announced that Sling was acquired by Toast, a huge American restaurant platform as can be seen below.
More information about the sale has now been released with Toast’s recently published Q2 financial results. Toast paid $60.6M for the acquisition with a mixed payment of newly issued stocks worth $18.6M at the time of the acquisition and $42M in cash.
The share price of Toast has risen significantly since the restaurant platform acquired Sling or by approximately a third.
