ARK Technology completes ISK 300 million financing round

ARK Technology just announced the closing of a financing round of ISK 300 million (~$2.3 million). The round is led by Brunnur, one of the new funds announced earlier this year, and is the first investment announced from that fund. Sigurður Arnljótsson and Helgi Júlíusson from Brunnur and Landsbréf respectively,  will take seats on the board of ARK Technology. Apart from Brunnur, founders of the company are partaking in the investment round.

ARK Technology is an environmental management company that provides software solutions and advisory services for the maritime industry. Its technology helps shipowners monitor the environmental impact of their ships, helping them reduce waste and operational costs. The investment will support the company in further R&D efforts, as well as marketing and selling their products.
